Is there a module avallable for shipping that would allow them to enter their carrier number and their billing zip code? We ship our clients their product using their FedEx numbers. Also, it would allow them to check off Ground, International, 2nd Day, etc. Please see attached.

I sell on my prestashop website lot of products and a good amount of them are preorders. Sometime It happens that the release date for some of this product is delayed and I would like to know if is there a PrestaShop plugin that automatically alerts via Email or WhatsApp all customers who preordered a certain product. Just because doing it manually is impossible to manage, unfortunately and If I don't do this, some customers gets angry if they aren't alerted of the release dalay of what they've preordered

I'm new at Prestashop and am looking for a Prestashop's app that would allow me to add items on sale, edit them etc... well, take care daily of my store but from my phone. I'm always on the go and it's a must for me. I saw that other CMS have one, but every time I try to look for such app from Prestashop online, I only seem to find app that would "publish" my store as an app for customers. It's not at all what I'm looking for.

Do you think that what I'm looking for exist ? If it doesn't, I'm afraid I will have to change CMS because it's really important for my usage.

The goal is to have menus with my categories, and once in the category, a simple listing of all products, with columns (1st column product name, 2nd column dropdown menu with possible variations, 3rd column add to cart). The aim is to create a simplified ordering platform for my stores (without having to click on each product page and the associated time loss...)

Same cart but for Country B:

I know it's quite complicated method, I'll try to attach an image taken from a similar ecommerce I found that is not made by Prestashop (I think is a custom woocommerce module).
I'm new to Prestashop but I can program or assist customization in php and all the other languages required.

I want to make to make my website to have an app feeling and great mobile experience without being an app. My main focus is on the mobile version. What is the best solution ? Does a template suffices or I need to have PWA? My site is custom prestashop 1.7.7.5 

Will any of this options create any issue with my current website?

I had a website under Prestashop 1.6.1.11 with the Craft theme.

It is a minimalist theme which was close to the Oslo theme

I am upgrading my site to Prestashop 8.1.2 and the Craft theme is not compatible with this version.

I would like to know if it is possible to get closer to this theme using the Prestashop build in configurator, without needing to purchase a theme.

Does anyone know if this module is still supported - and whether it actually works with PrestaShop 8.2?

We’re currently testing the free 14-day trial to sync our catalog with Facebook, but so far it’s not working at all. I’ve tried reaching their support, but haven’t received any response.

Has anyone here managed to get it working? If yes, did you encounter any issues or specific steps to make the sync happen?

For context:

I can successfully connect it to our Facebook account and even create a new Catalog through the module.

However, the sync never happens - products are verified, Sync is turned ON, and I’ve tried the “If you need to synchronize your entire catalog, click here” option several times.

On Facebook’s side, approved products remain 0, and there’s no information about any rejected ones either. It just seems like the syncing process never starts.

Any insights or confirmation that this works (or doesn’t) on PS 8.2 would be super helpful!

Does anyone have any experience using them and can give recommendations on which is the best. I'd like to know the following:

• Can it edit headers and footers, or just page content?
• Does it generate clean code?
• Does it significantly impact page loading time and SEO speedtests?
• Is it easy to use and gets the job done well?

I'm wandering if it's better to buy a pre-made theme, or buy a pagebuilder and customise the default theme. The reason why I ask is because I've been running theme's demo sites through Google's speedtest and all the themes  I've tested have had terrible ranking (4% - 30% scores), while Prestashop's default theme scored a massive 94% which is mind-blowingly awesome. I'm worried that the themes are bloated and I'd be better off modifying the default theme with a capable pagebuilder.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm starting new online store for various sailing stuff and need to choose good theme. I was looked here, at themeforest and templatemonster but did not found some I would 100% like. Found one theme that looks good and have a good list of modules but there was neither updates since 2020 nor support.

Please advice me the theme that will have updates / support and will look good for electronics / technical goods sales. 100% width, lightweight, sticky header and cart. Better if it will have the Baltic languages already inside. In my e-commerce store, products are shipped directly to the carrier's address (pickup point). The step asking for the customer's personal shipping address is redundant and often leads to canceled orders because customers don't want to provide it.

How can I skip this address step by assigning a default value to the address fields? Are there any existing modules or solutions for this? Thank you!

Let's think of a cosmetic product. Let's say this product is sunscreen.

When this product is selected from our list, when the product file is entered, the product image will appear as the main-cover image. The product features will be written under / or next to it.

Then, the official announcement of the launch of this sunscreen as the 2nd image. When this image is selected, it will come under / or next to the incoming image. For example;
Bottle Material Type: Plastic
Bottle Color: Brown
Bottle Length: 24 cm
Bottle Width: 50 cm
Supplier Name: Zxc Packaging

The next image is the pump of the sunscreen, which we will select, and the pump features will be written under / or next to the incoming image. For example:
Pump Type: Serum Pump
Pump Color: White
Pump Volume: High Level
Supplier Name: Zxc Packaging

Thus, when the formation of a product of his is selected separately, its features are revealed. If he selects a bottle, information about the bottle will come, if he selects a pump, information about the pump will come. or if there are other payments, when they are added, the picture is selected according to the date.

Does anyone know such a theme or a module that will do this?

We are looking for a module that allows our customers to edit an image in a simple way before adding a product to the cart. 

The situation is as follows: We make cases to store and transport wargaming miniatures and we offer our customers the possibility to customize the front side of them by uploading an image when buying one.

The problem we have is that we often don't receive decent images and precise instructions from our clients. Often images are too small (sometimes they upload images of 200x200px for a 26x40cm front), or they are not of sufficient quality, or we don't know where they prefer to place the image, etc. This means spending a lot of time talking to our clients and ultimately editing the images. 

We are looking for a module that allows our clients to upload an image on a blank canvas of the size of the front side of the case in order to show where it is going to go and how it will look. The module should simply allow the image to be resized and moved around. This way the client can configure the front of the briefcase to their liking and when they save the image we should receive it ready to be printed. 

Is there a module with these characteristics? It would help us a lot.

I'm new on the platform and I'd like to be able to sell in both places at the same time. Is there any app that is considered "The Best" in this matter?

I use the following module: Multiple Customer Account v1.0.14 - by BVK Software
The problem is that the developer has stopped maintaining/upgrading this module.

So I'm looking to replace it but I must admit that I'm having a bit of trouble finding a replacement. 

This module lets you create associated accounts (or sub-accounts). 
These are attached to the main account.
Other members of a same company can connect using their own account and register orders. 
These orders are linked to the main account
It is also possible to configure which notifications will be received by each associated account. 
An associated account can be created so that it receives only a single notification.
This is useful if, for example, you want to send a copy of the invoice to the accounting department once the order is dispatched.

Could you recommend any modules that would provide such functionalities ?

I need help choosing the right PrestaShop module for my store. Here’s what I’m looking for:

I sell air conditioning systems, and according to EU regulations, each purchase must include installation service and have an external unit console as mandatory accessories.

Customers should not be able to add the main product (air conditioner) to the cart without selecting these required accessories.

he can choose for product 1 - carrier 1 or 2

ps. i have tested how carriers in default prestashop works

when we have one product in cart with multiple carriers its good couse client can choose which one he want, thats not the problem

but when are two products with diffrent carriers assign to them its ridiculous becouse prestashop is choosing the best carrier for client within all carriers available, so presta choose the carrier that cost less, it is just stupid in my opinion

but in the download it is still v2.5.0.

Supplier 1 has 2 red bikes for $50
Supplier 2 has 10 red bikes for $70

I want to display a single red bike for customers in such a way that at the beginning I sell it for 50$ and when 2 pieces are sold (all from supplier 1), the price will automatically change to 70$ and the stock will be updated to 10 pieces (or the total number of pieces from both suppliers will be displayed).

Unfortunately, prices and quantities can change from day to day, so the update in this virtual product would have to happen automatically.

Does anyone know a solution for this? A module?

If I should look for a module that can help making an effortless price updating of existing products - which module would you recommend?

I was thinking the tasks of:

1. exporting existing products in Shop from a specific supplier (nice with editing the Query). (We logg the reference number by [supplier number]+[product ref.] so I won't need the supplier table.)
2. Then update the price and maybe other data in excel.
3. And then Import it back to the shop.

- enlighten me if the tasks are all wrong?

As now I don't see me using the module for products creation - I'm too insecure of not creating all the needed elements in different tables - For example I see more Price(s) elements in different tables that are not in use. =0. So we have been creating all products through PrestaShop Back Office.

- If anyone can enlighten me differently and maybe point in module direction, it is much appreciated!

I imagine I could use any upsell module that can be configured to only trigger below a certain order total. But there are SO many upsell modules out there, I'm not sure which (if any) have order total rules as configuration options?

I am searching for a module which allows the costumer to leave his e-mail adress, in case his desired product is out of stock. It must be also possible for him to choose, which product variation he would like to buy, when it is back in stock.

So not just: Notify me when T-Shirt X is back in stock, but notify me when T-Shirt X in size M in colour Grey is back in stock.

Also it should be easy to see in the back office, how many customers want to be notified for which product in which variation. Like 10 customers want T-Shirt X in grey and M, 8 customers want T-Shirt Y in S and yellow, etc. Or even better: T-shirt X: 10 want it in Grey/M, 4 want it in Yellow/S, etc. I guess you got my point

I am not looking in particular for a free plugin, I am happy to pay for good plugins which solve my needs.

I'm actively searching for a module that could help me display the following: 

• B2B buying cost price VAT ex.
• B2C RRP VAT inc. double display

I'm selling products only to B2B shops therefore they need to see straight away their own purchasing price without VAT AND the RRP retail recommanded price that they will apply for their own end consumers. 

This double pricing display would need to be live in all "pricing blocks" (page list, product page, cart, invoice, etc).

Also, I saw on competitor B2B websites (using another solution than Prestashop I guess) the possibility to display or not the B2B buying cost price VAT ex. by just clicking a button placed in the header of their website. This allow my clients to show the products on their computer when in shops to end consumers without revealing their own purchasing price. Otherwise this could create some unconfortable situations... 

Spent quite some time looking for such a module but didn't find it!

I am selling products from Norway to the EU and are adding tax that I pay back to EU every month. This solution (IOSS) is for smaller orders and limited to 150 Euro. If the total order is over 150 EUR the tax is collected in customs and not from me.

I need a module / solution that change the order to "tax free" in my online store if the total order gets over 150 EUR.

Is it a way or a module that can handle this?

Let's set an example, free shipping starts at 150€.

order1:
    product 1: 100€, shipping time 7 days
    product 2: 120€, shipping time 10 days
what should happen: client should be able to choose if he wants all products in one shipping (client won't pay shipping) or if he wants two separate shippings (client should pay 1 shipping)

order2:
    product 1: 200€, shipping time 2 days
    product 2: 200€, shipping time 10 days
what should happen: client should be able to choose if he wants all products in one shipping (client won't pay shipping) or if he wants two separate shippings (client won't pay shipping)

order3:
    product 1: 20€, shipping time 2 days

I am looking for a solution for a small business that sells access to live online courses. I would like a specific course to have variants in the form of training start date. However, variants should disappear from the selection list the day before the training begins. 

I haven't found a plugin that would allow me to limit the time of variants. I also searched in the tickets and events area, but I didn't find anything I could use.

I see that the problem has to do with ets_seo, in fact if I delete it the module to delete the save customization button already works, but I would like to be able to keep both.

Is there a way to bulk update customers groups. For example i want to add 100 customers as 'guest' but I don't want to manually go in to each customer and tick guest one by one.
