I recently encountered a strange problem with my PrestaShop store:  
- The back office login page loads fine,  
- but after entering the correct username and password, it just reloads without logging me in.  

I have already tried:  
- Clearing cookies and cache,  
- Using different browsers,  
- Checking PHP version and server error logs.  

Has anyone faced the same issue before? Is this usually caused by session/cookie settings, or something else with hosting configuration?

I just learned the developer for the Attribute Wizard Pro module is no longer developing for Prestashop and the current available module is not compatible with 8.2.

This was a heavily used module in my old shop.

That give only two options to use Stripe on PS.

We can not update "Marketplace" and therefore no other updates of modules are possible, google Merchant Center doesn't work, etc. After clicking "update marketplace" we get the confirmation about the succesfull update. In the Log-File is written "Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache.".

We deleted the cache, deactiveted cache, etc. Nothing is working.  Prestashop  1.7.8.11 and PHP 7.4.33.

Our team plans to publish a module to the marketplace for free. I got the steps for uploading the module for certification. Mainly I want to know do we need to set up a partner account to publish a module. And is it possible to list the module as free on the marketplace?

I want to conduct a survey among developers.

• What do you think about it?
• Where do you plan to sell your modules next, if you plan?
• Or do you think paying 99 euros per year is justified, for each module and template?
• How many sales do you think should be in a year to make it profitable to pay for moderation?

First issue was solved soon. In this case the developer ask for Anydesk in order to solve the issue and when the problem is already solved he leads you to reviews sites from his template asking for a good valoration. So the reviews might not be real. At that time you feel the support is good enough but when consecutive issues happen the support service from them is absolutely null.

According to developer some issues seems to be from Prestashop when is not true because in his demo template those issues do not happen. Then the developer asks for a time in order to find the solution but so far no news from him and it has been more than 2 months. Every week I ask for a solution but always get the same response: We are working on it.

I have had the feeling of being a tester because I have found too many issues.

I do not recomend this company to future customers.

We have accepted online credit card payments for years using Authorize.net as our payment gateway. Authorize.net also offers echeck processing.

Our management would like to add this capability to the site.

Looking for a module that allows this and will play nicely with current credit card processing. 

Just ask for the customer bank routing and account numbers - and the amount would be the order amount.

So I want to uninstal it to see if it is or not causing all my problems. But it is not possible to uninstal it...

It is not in the module manager list.

I contacted the support whose solution was to rename the ps MBO folder directly in the FTP. It didn't work, since this module has embeded itself in a lot of pages the backoffice became a graveyard of errors 502...

My advice is beware of this module, it seems untested in PS 8 and quite dangerous.

We provide a module for product carousel (or slider) and the title is for instance "product carousel & slider".

If the end user looks for "product carousel slider" (impossible), we show up. If he looks for "product slider", not a chance.

Keep in mind that for the very same result in different languages (es, de etc), we show up.

One more discovery is that if we reverse the position of the terms (eg slider product in our case), the search results are quite different (we show up).

I'm stuck on a problem that seems so ridiculous, I feel like I'm going crazy.

I installed the Prestashop Checkout module, but when trying to configuring it, it tells me I first need to install the Prestashop Account module : «You will need to download and install the PS Account module. [...] You can find the module in the Addons website.»

And... I can't find the module. It's not on the addons website. It's not on the github repository. It's not in this list of PS native modules. I found a page for the prestashop_accounts_auth module that references the ps_accounts module, but the link is dead.

I searched on the forums and found a few old topics where people had difficulties upgrading their modules, so other people were like "here is the latest version", but nobody ever linked to an official page, and I don't especially want to download a how-many-years-old random file from a stranger on a forum.

It seems like the ps_accounts module is a pretty standard one, an almost essential one actually, and yet I can't find it nor can I find bug reports or forum topics where people have the same problem as me... So what am I missing ? Where is it ???

J'ai récemment réinitialisé mon site Prestashop. J'ai utilisé le module Creative Elements pour créer l'en-tête, le pied de page, la page d'accueil et également la page des produits. Cependant, le pied de page cache mon plugin de cookies et la page des produits cache les avis sur les produits.

Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ?

Je débute sur prestashop et j'ai un souci sur une catégorie.

J'ai ajouté le module Faceted Search de prestashop sur mes catégories de produit. J'ai créé un ensemble de filtres pour ma catégorie promotion. Mais je souhaiterai filtrer par pourcentage de réduction. J'ai donc créé des sous-catégories (-20%, -30% ...). Mais dans la partie gauche où se trouve mes filtres, il y a en titre "Catégorie"  au dessus du filtre où se trouve les sous-catégories (logique me direz vous). Je souhaiterai donc sur cette catégorie modifier uniquement le titre pour que cela affiche "Promotions" au lieu de "Catégorie" sans que cela n'affecte les autres pages de catégorie. 

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?

the third party request is processed on the backround ( with the initialization-minimum  -> require dirname(__FILE__) . '/../../../config/config.inc.php';)

For some specific requests shoud be changed order status. But the function $orderhistory->changeIdOrderState contains hooks, that are cought by another plugins. Unfortunatelly - if these plugins used f.e. the usual function  Tools::displayPrice, the Exception is invoked:

We have installed Advanced XML & CSV Importer Module (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/fast-mass-updates/7951-advanced-xml-csv-importer.html) and added some tasks.

Some of them works fine, other tasks run erratically. For example we have an import task scheduled every days at 5h30AM. So weeks it run at 5h30 but, The "smartcron" API is disabled and we have added cron.php and plan.php to the server crontab every 1min.

-- some days the task run 3 times and the imported xml are exactly the same

-- have other people encountered this problem?

-- Is there more reliable alternative to this module?

it would be nice if ps made some consideration to the US market....

Now, i've decided to download that addons for a local installation of prestashop. At this time i have no remote store, and the old url of the original web for the startup still states on each of my addons on my account. I have no way to remove that link to the deleted store from them. 

Each time i try to download one of the items it says that i have no right to download it.

So, i tried to upload latest prestashop to a small unused hosting i have, linked to a domain that is supposed to not have a web, only to check if i could modify the url on my addons account. Same result. I can't download the items nor modify the url linked to them.

I've sent two mails to prestashop addons, as it's not a seller developer problem, but a problem on addons itself. A week ago i sent the first mail. Two days ago i send  the second one. No answer. My inversion is hanging on prestashop addons without a way to download it.

I'm really dissapointed. This is a public message and i have tried to contact twice with prestashop support.

Edited: Ok. So i added the old store url again and it let me download the products. The problem now is that i can't modify that old unused url, and as it's a dead url i can't use the addons. But i have downloaded them. Nice! Is there a panic button somewhere? How can i delete my account?

I am wondering if anyone else has this problem?

I not have it working by pasting the code from Facebook into the theme/_partials/headers.tpl file but this surely shouldn't be needed?

I'm using the Prestashop Marketing with Google module to export products to my google merchant account.

All products are synced correctly, except the sales price which is not mapped.

On google help is stated that the sale_price attribute is optional.

Please, does anyone know how to add this attribute to the feed that the module exports?

I have downloaded a free affiliate module from Affilae but not sure what to copy and paste from the zip file. The two open sections to fill are security script and the key.

I was using a custom theme but i can reproduce the same thing  also in the default theme just adding a code like this:

When a customer is paying with mollie , the order does not come through, the payment does , so the customer thinks everything is ok

THe image slider in prestashop dont show the uploaded images.

The frontend shows the slider with the pictures but cant see them backend and remove again..

i request to see the demo in addons , all js in the demo iframe not work fine , 
add to cart , create a account not work fine with the iframe addons , but work when you request the url directly

Because of an error issue on google search console, I need to delete older reviews that were left by 1.6's native review module.

The problem is these reviews can't be handled by 1.7's Product Comments review.

Over the years we have bought 100's of addon modules and now it's unclear how we can proceed doing so.

Exemple ici, j'ai mis un filtre par caractéristique de produits (provenance), j'ai bien des produits qui ont cette caractéristique remplie, ça s'affiche dans ma barre latérale, mais je ne peux pas cliquer dessus pour sélectionner une provenance en particulier. 

J'ai vidé le cache, testé avec d'autres filtres etc, rien n'y fait.

Une idée ?

i'm using prestashop metrics, it was asking for an update to use it correctly, but after the update now its just showing a blank page when clicking on the Statics > Prestashop Metrics Menu.

Anyone have a fix or have been trought this?

My prestashop version is 1.7.7.2

no other error.. i am updating the stock via xml selecting  the suppliers id, and i got the error at the panel missing product id from data, but the id is there

I'm running prestashop 1.6.17 with opc turned on.

I got an issue using credit card payment method on the official prestashop checkout module.

On the order page, when you agree ToS and payment methods got displayed, if you select "pay with credit card" you got all fields (card number, holder name, cvv) disabled.

If you refresh the page everything is good, so I think module misses something when payment methods got displayed by the JS call accepting ToS.
