Google merchant rejects my products becauses is taking the price without taxes in my product sheet on prestashop. I have loaded a data feed with VAT included on price but all time Google decline my products.

Price read on the web=28.59EUR (this is the price without taxes on my backoffice)

How can i add Focus keyphrase (keyword) automate?

Phrase (or keyword) that you want your page to be found for on search engines

how can you automate this?
In the meta templates everything else is optimized automatically, but the phrase is not.
Or is there an add-on that can do this for the SEO score

Products or categories appear in Google results on the 2nd or 3rd page.

• I refined the descriptions,
  I have introduced friendly links,
  I installed SSL,
  I added ALT to the photos,
  I have set mColors on the website according to Google preferences,
  I added hyperlinks on each page
• I have set a meta title and meta description for the products

What else should I do to make my website appear in positions 1-3 in Google results?

I will add that I have already installed modules that were supposed to improve SEO, but it did not help.

I’m facing an issue on the Fusioneat.it website where the SEO tags, like the <title> tag, are duplicated across all pages.

This is happening on every page, and I can’t seem to figure out where it’s coming from or how to remove it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or know how to resolve it?

Should the default product category be 'Home', so the page sits closer to the root? They will still be sorted into other categories for ease of navigation. I am under the impression that pages closer to the root perform better in search results.

I’m using PrestaShop 8.1.0 and I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the PrestaShop Marketing with Google module.

Whenever I try to open the module, I get this message:

“PrestaShop Marketing needs an update. Your current version of the module is out of date. Update now to continue using the module.”

The problem is:

✔ I have clicked Update module multiple times

✔ PrestaShop shows the green message: “Module updated – this page will restart automatically”

✔ But as soon as the page refreshes, the same popup appears again

✔ Cleared browser cache and PrestaShop cache

✔ Uninstalled and reinstalled the module

✔ Also tried uploading the module manually

✔ The issue persists every single time

At the moment, the module is completely unusable and it does not allow me to:

Connect my Google account

Connect to Google Merchant Center

Access product feed settings

Use any of the module’s features

There are also no pending updates in the Module Manager.

Environment:

PrestaShop 8.1.0

PHP 8.1

Module: psxMarketingWithGoogle (latest version available)

Default theme

No overrides related

My question:

Has anyone found a way to fix this infinite update loop?
Is there a way to fully force-update or clean-install the correct latest version of this module?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is blocking my Google Merchant Center integration.

I ve been struggling with tracking on our prestashop 8.1.5 store. Tryied recomended modules, agencies, still we are getting 20-30% of not set traffic in analytics. 

Issues to solve till now:

- missing querry parameters in links

- customers not comming back to thank you page

- other reasons data layer broken, not generated, 

Any solutions maybe? Maybe GA4 alternative with good prestashop integration?

I would like to ask if somebody else has a problem with connecting Google Merchant account with Prestashop using Google marketing official module. When i try to connect it, I get the response"You can't connect to your Merchant Center account right now. Try again later." When i looked in browser console it said that there was error 403 approching post URL. After reviewing the url it says that method doesnt exist. Anyone know what to do with that? Thanks!

I have an issue with google merchant center, I have installed the module google marketing by prestashop but: 

- Product out of stocks on my website still appear on stock in Google merchant center
- Need to add GTIN, is there a way to do it in bulk? Because all my product are getting rejected on Google Merchant center due to this.

I run a big online store with thousands of products (electrical accessories, smart home devices, kitchen and home appliances, etc.).

Right now we’re on Shop ify, but we’re seriously considering migrating over to PrestaShop because of the freedom it gives with customization, multi-language support, and control over the catalog. Since we have such a large inventory, I wanted to reach out to this community before we dive in.

however, i did a sitescan in bing webmaster tools and found out of 1000 pages scan, 298 errors. and these errors are "weird" because they represent "blocked by robots.txt" and these pages are prestashop's revelance in category's page, to select by name, or by price high to low, or low to high etc, can tell an example . example.com/76-business-laptops?order=product.name.desc Or example.com/12_microsoft?order=product.reference.desc . however, i dont have such problem with google. please if anyone knows what s the problem and if it is a prestashop problem, or bing or how to even solve it. i even attached a file to be clear thank you

Settings updated. Apple Pay merchant on-boarded successfully: www.panacea3.gr Webhook Setup is successful.

but when the black "Pay with Revolut" button is pressed on the checkout page the popup says "Payment failed. Something went wrong. Try again"

Searched revolut help, nothing. Tried to chat with them, no one available for hours.

So I thought maybe it's abandoned or something? Does anyone have it working?

The last 20 days, Google merchant center, 1000s products have been disabled with the following error

Inaccurate price
The error is

"Don't submit the price for a single product if a minimum number of products is required "
I sell among others, printed with minimum purchase quantity, 20 
You can buy 20, or more ( 21 , 23 . 25 )

This in not a pack 20,40,60 etc
I purchased from addons,  251,99 €, Google Merchant Center PRO (Google Shopping) by Business Tech, no luck

After many days of talking from addons platform, the final answer is

"Unfortunately our module doesn't do this and follows the Google documentation with the official Google tags. The module code is open and you can modify it for your specific needs.

Posting here in hope for a solution as I have been banging my head on this for a few weeks now.

I am looking for a way to encourage my customers to buy a product in sets of 3.

For instance,

- 1 single unit costs 25 dollars
- each set of 3 units will sell for 70 dollars
- 4 units means a set of 3 (70 dollars) + 1 unit (25), so 95 in total
- 6 units would equal two sets of 3, so 2x70 dollars

I cannot wrap my head around a solution through cart or catalog prices rules, nor with specific prices.

How would one go about it?

Also, I looked but could not find a plugin that does exactly this.

Google detects that these urls are canonicalised to the home page of my site, but this is not the case.
When I check the source code of the product urls I can't find any canonical tags. I have checked the prestashop and there is no SEO module for canonicals.

Does anyone know what it could be? If details are missing I'm open to tell you more, I'm quite worried about it.

Since then I have been inundated by offers to remove the rating - for a free, of course. Obviously part of an extortion scam. Unfortunately, I can't get Google to remove it without a court order. At least that's what Google is telling me. Anyone else have this experience or know what to do about it, short of getting a court order?

I'm using PrestaShop Marketing with Google module version 1.61.1 and my store is 8.1.2.

I'm trying to syncronize the catalog to Google Merchant but it's not working  In the end of the configuration it shows 337 produts to be sync, but in Google Merchant only shows 124.

I cannot find a pattern and I was expecting to syncronize all. The issues should be then on Google Merchant. My Google Merchant account it shows now issues to fix.

Is there any way to see the sync errors or report to try to figure it out? Any Idea how to solve it?

I have also deleted the feed and create a new one, uninstall the module and install it again, etc, etcm but no luck so far

After going through the problem 500 times and consulting several SEO experts - who didn't find anything, I'm stucked.

My website, which has been around for 13 years and has been growing steadily since then, experienced sudden drops in traffic during the year 2023 for no apparent reasons (no site changes, no Google penalties). The site is on Prestashop 1.6.1.4, it's not perfect but it's healthy, fast and updated daily. However, some of my keywords have gone from the 6th position to the 78th, the traffic of some pages of my site has been divided by 8 and the visibility of my site has even become almost non-existent in some countries (divided by 20 in the USA...). My competitors haven't experienced these problems so I admit I don't know what to do anymore. If you have any leads, even far-fetched ones, I'm all ears.

Administration only gives me option to edit price directly inside product's combination, but if I have to edit every single 1152 combination I will get mad...

I've read many topics and tutorials here and there, which helped me better understand the subject of these media servers, but none really sufficed to grasp the whole thing and to actually be able to use it.

The site I took over and am working on does not perform very well according to Page Speed Insights. I've made a whole series of necessary optimizations but they were scarcely effective in improving the score. Therefore, I've come to these 3 fields for Media Servers offered by Prestashop in the Performance section.

Here is what I understood and what I've done so far: Creating multiple subdomains would improve loading speed by allowing more different resources to be loaded at the same time, specifically images, and CSS and JS files, thus enhancing performance. Thanks to what I've read so far, I've created 3 subdomains on my hosting provider (OVH), s1.sixten-environmental.com, s2.sixten-environmental.com, s3.sixten-environmental.com, all pointing towards 3 root folders (s1, s2, and s3) that I created with FTP at the same level as the /www folder. Zigzagging through forums, I understood that it was necessary to copy the img, themes, and modules folders to these 3 new folders and then I added each of these subdomains in the 3 fields of the Performance page. The performance has somewhat improved but the issue is that some images do not load, notably product thumbnails (e.g., https://s1.sixten-environmental.com/518-home_default/blabla.jpg) with these shortened URLs. My other concern is that it seems very cumbersome, or rather outright prohibitive, to have to pay attention to correctly modify each file present in these 3 folders upon every change. I might be wrong, but it feels like the choice to pick a media file from one subdomain or another is random and I cannot choose which folders to put in which subdomains.

I've also seen several tutorials or topics that don't even mention the need to copy/paste these folders into the subdomains' folders (??), I believe it was in these tutorials/topics where I saw mentioned the need to modify the .htaccess file. There might be an easier way to manage these media servers there?

What did I do wrong? What have I missed?

I would like this topic to finally be clear and precise on the steps to follow, to answer the various questions that many seem to have on this subject, and to stop the spread of gray hairs on my head and perhaps others' ^^

Large JavaScript file is missing a source map

I have searched around but couldn't find an answer for this (except the one about removing all langauges but one). 

Our shop was in one language and thus indexed without the /nl/ prefix in the URL. Now we are going internationally so we added English. With the result that all URL's are now with /nl/ or /en/

I don't want to loose our ranking in Google so I want to have the /nl/ removed as that is our default language.. The /en is fine. 

Is that possible?

Is there a known conflict between the two? Or a way around it so they both can work together.

Is there any solution to this  problem ?

Ok, but how can I edit the h1, h2 and h3 tags? Using the pagerank add-on of my browser I see the Prestashop automatically sets as h1 the product name and as h2 "send to a friend" and something else.

This is totally wrong!!!!

Could someone kindly explain me how can I edit all the h tags (also for the homepage) in PS? Do I am really obliged to modify them directly in the code for each related file in the root??

Solved: The home editor module wasn't installed. After the installation the home page was fine.

the SEO managers of a site I created need to have tracking with various services, Google and Meta:

• Google Tag Manager;
• Google Search Console;
• Google Ads;
• Google Analytics;
• Pixel Meta;
• API Conversions.

I wanted to know if any of you had to solve the same problem, if there is a single module capable of connecting without having to work on the code, or more modules (if necessary, you could point them out to me).

Or is it better to implement these services into the code directly?

Google does not seem to find our website when searching products we recently posted on our website. When searching products listed a couple years ago, Google shows in search results ok, with no issues.

Products stopped showing up in search results the past couple months, since we started posting new products on our website. When searching Google, the new products on our website do not show in the Google search results.

Maybe in updateAddressForm or changedCheckoutStep. I would also reload for rejection if needed. Like my question is, is prestashop.on synchronous like that? I know that on country change is an event thing. All as per one might be maybe or might not be maybe, maybe or maybe not, maybe.

Here are the steps I followed:

1. I edited the file /var/www/html/themes/MY_THEME/templates/layouts/layout-both-columns.tpl

2. I added Head Section Code under "<Head>" tag

3. I added Body Section code after  <body id="{$page.page_name}" class="{$page.body_classes|classnames}"> 

Once I do this, the website starts throwing HTTP Error 500 on me. Can someone help me with this issue and suggest me a solution please?

I have tried severl times to upgrade from 1.6.1.24 to 8.0 but failed due to server response time. when spoke to Hosting, they said there is no error on their end and advised me to contact the developer.

I am not expert in it and need help to get my shop upgraded. please can someone advise the easiest way to upgrade to the latest version of prestashop? i am just using a 3rd party module "Clean url" on my existing version.

For Desktop speed rate is 85 / 100 (green) for desktop. Its green!! so it seems good enough, but I have not the feeling if it is good enough.

we are using prestashop since 2013. last week we hired a freelancer to upgrade our website from 1.6.1.15 to 8.0 but he failed and then restored the previous version. but since then we are having issues with the prestashop checkout module it is not working at all. and it show error of "Round Pricing" all the time. we have attached screenshot.

I can name at least 4 products that I had in my store but now they're gone from the back and front office. I know for sure that I didn't deleted them myself, there's no reason why I would. In fact, I was just about to add them to a new category.

It's just these 4 products as far as I know but I would need to check the entire inventory to be sure.

How can this be happening? I have just changed my password in case someone hacked in and did it but it's a totally random thing to do!

I just wanted to ask about combination pages. I get that a different coloured blouse would be best to have as a combination but what if the item i'm selling are resistors or light bulbs etc. These items are the same but have differnent values. eg, resistors are listed in different ohms values and bulbs in wattage etc.

If i was to sell light bulbs for example, would it be best to have a single product page and have one combination selling 20watt, another selling 40watt , another selling 100watt etc or would it be best to have a separate product page for each bulb?

I want google to index each light bulb, or resistor or what ever so i guess my question is what is the best method and most google friendly way to do this?

I changed products FURL from

When I access old URL it does not auto point to new one BUT for categories and other pages it does. I get 404 when accessing old URL. Any advice/help please?

After months working fine, my up to 4600 products feed are rejected 100% in merchant center and i don´t make any change. In all of them the problem is cause the image is too small, must be 100 x 100 and they taked from "cart_Default" at 80 x 80.

Its the google bot who comming to the web to take the info for the feed. Can i do something?

After unlinking GTIN on module attributes config, it seems that now Google is accepting products, 50 are uploaded and accepted.

Regarding products availability, I see that loaded products are out of stock, even if products are all available.

If it could help, on my Prestashop website's catalog the warehouse management is disabled.

After talking with the module support they said that I should update the module. My installed version was the latest on addons website v1.17.0

For updating they told me to download Marketing with Google v1.18.0 from Github.

I did it, and now Marketing with Google does not sync products anymore, because I get a warning message: <<The version of the module PrestaShop EventBus running on this shop is older than the minimum required . You may use PrestaShop Marketing with Google but some features (i.e product synchronization) won't be available until you upgrade PrestaShop EventBus>>

PrestaShop EventBus v1.7.6 cannot be updated through addons because it's already the latest.

I'm searching it on Github, but with no success..
