PB Creation produits dans Prestashop 9.0

Bonjour,

Depuis que je suis passé de Prestashop 1.6 en version 9.0, je n'ai plus de vente sur mon site shop.xmotor.fr

Mon problème est que lorsque je créé un nouveau produit je n'ai pas la possibilité de le mettre dans une sous catégorie. Il se positionne sous Acceuil par défaut mais je n)ai pas la possibilité de choisir la bonne catégorie.

Sous prestashop, je n'avais pas renseigné les images miniatures des catégories 5uniquement les images catégories) et après migration sous prestashop 9.0, je dois reprendre toutes mes catégories pour leur créer une image miniature. Auriez vous une procédure pour que cela se soit plus aisé à modifier.

suite a la mise à la mise a jour en ligne, qui c'est bien deroulé et effectué de la version 9.0.3 a 9.1 quand je veux me rendre sur mon BO je suis directement sur mon FO. J'ai vidé var/cache/prod. Mais pas acces a ma page de connection.
j'ai ensuite renommer mon htaccess mais tjs pas d'acces a mon BO.
Une autre piste? ma mise a jour c'est bien deroulé je precise.

Bonjour mon problème est que je veux installer prestashop en local avec MAMP sous windows version prestashop 9.03 et lorsque l'installation est finie et que je veux aller à mon url back office , cela tourne longtemps pour me mettre une erreur 500 par contre je peux voir ma boutique installée.

J'ai mis à jour PrestaShop de la version 8.2.1 à la version 8.2.3 avec le module Update Assistant en local. J'ai mergé les fichiers mis à jour dans la branche de recette et je les ai déployés sur l'environnement de recette. Les fichiers de recette sont donc maintenant en 8.2.3, mais la base de données est toujours en 8.2.1. La base ne se met pas à jour automatiquement et lorsque j'essaie d'utiliser Update Assistant sur la recette, il ne propose que de passer à la version 9.0, il semble croire que nous sommes déjà sous PrestaShop 8.2.3. Comment mettre à jour correctement la base de données de recette ? De manière générale, quelle est la bonne méthode pour mettre à jour un site sur les différents environnement (local, recette, production) ? Faut-il lancer Update Assistant pour chaque environnement ?

Après une mise à jour depuis 9.0 vers 9.0.3 je me retrouve sans BO mais sur mon site directement en tapant l'adresse du B0, comme s'iil était redirigé sur le site en lui-même.

J'ai activé le mode debug et effacé les caches mais rien ni fait...

Nous exploitons actuellement une boutique PrestaShop 1.6.0.6, développée en PHP 5.4, en production depuis maintenant près de 10 ans.

Dans un objectif de modernisation globale (thème, fonctionnalités, performances et expérience utilisateur), nous souhaitons migrer vers une version plus récente de PrestaShop.
L’idée serait de mettre en place une pré-production sur un sous-domaine, probablement en PrestaShop 9.0.2, afin de travailler proprement avant bascule.

Concernant les modules : nous utilisons des modules achetés sur Addons, mais aussi beaucoup de modules développés en interne. Cela ne nous pose pas de problème d’adapter nos modules, ni même d’en redévelopper une grande partie, sachant que 90 % d’entre eux sont relativement simples. Sachant que maintenant ChatGPT ou Gemini sont là si on veut accélérer le truc ;)

Notre question est donc la suivante :

Est-il pertinent de partir directement sur PrestaShop 9.0.2, afin de bénéficier d’une base solide, moderne et scalable pour les prochaines années, avec des mises à jour régulières ?
Ou vaut-il mieux se concentrer sur une version 8.x, plus éprouvée aujourd’hui, même si elle peut sembler déjà « obsolète » à moyen terme ?

Tout d'abord très bonne année

Comme tous les ans en janvier je profite d'une accalmie pour mettre à jour mon espace web.

Là j'essaie de mettre à jour ma boutique presta mais rien n'y fait .

Je suis en version 8.03 , j'avais cru comprendre que la MAJ se faisait de façon classique assez simplement

Voilà le résumé des erreurs.

Si vous avez une idée pour m'aider. A u départ je pensais que c'était un pb de place sur l'hébergeur mais j'ai supprimé des dossiers inutiles, il devrait y avoir assez de place désormais .

Bonjour la communauté,

Après avoir longuement cherché une solution que je n'ai bien sûr pas trouvé... Je m'adresse à vous avec beaucoup d'espoir.

Je rencontre actuellement un souci sur Prestashop (souci que je n'avais pas avant), à chaque fois que j'essaye d'installer un module, et ça quelque soit le module, j'ai un message d'erreur:

La Version de PHP est hors plage 7.2 jusqu'à 8.1 et que la version détectée est PHP 0.0.0.
J'ai modifié la version php, en testant plusieurs versions, toujours pareil. Les vérifications ont été faites, ca ne vient pas de l'hébergeur.

Informations complémentaires: Version de PS : 8.2 / Version de PHP : 8.1

Si quelqu'un(e) a déja rencontré ce type d'erreur ou aurait une idée pour résoudre, je suis preneur.

Actuellement j'ai ma boutique qui tourne sur la version 1.7.6.2 et depuis 1 mois environ je prépare la nouvelle boutique sous PrestaShop 8, et la que vois je ... il y a la version 9 qui est officiellement sortie !

comme je n'ai pas envie de faire des grosses mises à jours tous les ans, je voudrais passer ma nouvelle boutique de la 8 à la 9,

existe une méthode simple comme 1 click upgrade? ou je dois tout refaire du début ? je voudrais évité de perdre mon travail en cours

Avez vous des retours sur la stabilité de prestashop 9 et les bugs ?

Je tente de faire une mise à jour de prestashop 8.2 vers 9.0.2 et tous se passe bien jusqu au lancement de la procédure l’exécution CLI et ou exécuter bin/console, ionos bloque cette exécution car serait un problème de sécurité , j ai eu ionos qui me dit que c est prestashop 9 qui serait le problème car prestashop 9 n accepte pas les anciens hébergement , avez vous déjà eu se problème et que faire? merci

Je sèche sur une question de débutant pour migrer de l'environnement Presat 8 à Presta 9 :
J'ai pour habitude de mettre à jour ma boutique Prestashop en passant par le module Autoupgrade en ligne de commande.
En générale, la dernière version est disponible en ligne et s'affiche avec la commande update:check-new-version.
Si la dernière version ne remonte pas automatiquement, je peux retrouver l'archive .ZIP et le fichier .XML associé sur le GitHub et les copier en locale pour faire ma mise à jour.
Je suis actuellement en 8.2.3 et souhaite passer 9.0.x.
Le problème est que les versions 9 ne remontent pas avec la commande update:check-new-version et que sur le GitHub, si je retrouve bien le "source code", les fichiers archive .ZIP/.XML packagé pour la mise à jour ne sont plus disponible dans les "assets".

Savez-vous où je peux trouver ces fichiers ?

en passant en mode debug, j'accède à la page de login, sans information de problème, je me connecte et l'admin semble tourner normalement

et si je revient au mode normal, à nouveau erreur.

=> il y a une petite manip à faire ou j'efface tout et installe un 8.2 ?

J’ai une installation de Prestashop 8 avec PHP 8.1 (mon hébergeur supporte PHP jusqu’à la version 8.4).
J’ai pu constater qu’il est recommandé d’utiliser la version 8.1 de PHP sur les installations Prestashop 8.
Le support de PHP 8.1 se terminant fin d’année 2025, je voulais savoir comment commet gérer cette problématique.
Est-ce qu’il va y avoir une nouvelle version de Prestashop (la 8.2.4, 8.3.1 ?) qui supportera officiellement PHP 8.2 et qui sera recommandée pour prestashop 8?

J'ai procédé à des configurations nécessaires sans solutions (octroyer les droits au répertoire PrestaShop, activer les extensions dans le fichier php.ini)

Suite à la défection du webmaster d'un ami qui a un site de vente en ligne www.maxishoes.fr, je souhaite mettre à jour sa version 8.2.1 vers la dernière version de Prestahsop

Je me retrouve avec ce message d'erreur :

Je fais une recherche, et je vois que c'est le module ps_edition_basic qui n'est plus compatible avec la nouvelle version de Prestashop. La solution consiste à supprimer ce module, à faire la mise à jour, puis à réinstaller ce module.

Sauf que je ne vois pas ce module dans la liste des modules disponibles, sauf erreur de ma part. Par contre, il semble bien dans ma base de données (voir le fichier CSV mis en pièce jointe).

Je pourrais bien passer la valeur de 1 à 0 sur la base de données, afin de désactiver le module, mais je n'ai pas accès à php my admin, l'ancien webmaster ne répondant plus aux sollicitations de mon ami. Je pourrais bien faire une requète sql depuis le back office, mais j'ai peur de faire une erreur qui mettrais HS le site, et comme je n'ai pas pour le moment accès à la base de données, cela m'embête un peu.

Avez vous une solution à me proposer ?

J'ai effectué une mise à jour manuelle (fichier et base de données) de mon PS 1.7.6.9 en 1.7.8.11 sur un environnement de test identique à ma production.
Dans l'administration je n'arrive pas à avoir le menu sur la gauche pourtant j'ai bien accès à toutes les pages admin, j'ai mis à jour tous les modules pensant que le problème venait d'un d'eux mais cela n'a rien changé. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre J'ai refait plusieurs import de base me disant quec'était un soucis de base mais non, remis de nouveau les fichiers même chose...

Auriez vous une idée ? avant que je fasse cela en réél ?
Migration en urgence de mon coté car mon hébergeur à changer la version de PHP en 7.4 et du coup la version 1.7.6.9 ne fonctionne plus correctement dans l'admin

Je rencontre un problème depuis un moment et je n'arrive ni à savoir la cause ni à trouver la solution.

Lorsqu'une commande est validée et que la livraison est souhaitée par une des variantes proposées par Colissimo, je me rends en page de la page et lorsque je clique sur "Traiter ces expéditions", au lieu de me permettre d'imprimer le bordeau d'envoi Colissimo, un pop-up apparaît et indique "La propriété ColissimoLabelProduct->id_colissimo_label est vide."

Il est donc impossible d'éditer l'étiquette Colissimo.

Version PHP : 7.2.34
Version PrestaShop : 1.7.8.5
Thème : BrandFashion Version 1.0.3

Bonjour, depuis 2 ou 3 jours , 3 mises à jour de modules proposés

Expertise PrestaShop - v3.0.5 -> v3.0.6
Distribution Client API - v2.0.1 -> v2.1.0
Navigation à facettes v4.0.0 -> v4.0.1

Impossible de les mettre à jour, Could not perform action upgrade for module undefined.

J'ai également tenté de réinitialiser les modules, télécharger les modules manuellement pour installer manuellement.

J'ai testé ça (Lien) :

Je ne suis pas un grand expert de Prestashop et assez limité en dev, mais j'ai créé le site web marchand de ma femme il y a 4 ans sur Prestashop. Actuellement le site est en version 1.7.8.11 et je souhaiterais rattraper les wagons des mises à jours Prestashop et passer pour le moment en version 8.2.3 qui est la version proposé par le module Update natif de Prestashop.

Après avoir bien entendu tout sauvegardé, j'ai tenté une MAJ mais je rencontre des problèmes d'affichages. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où cela pourrait provenir donc je tente ma chance sur ce forum si quelqu'un pourrait me guider afin que je puisse lancer cette mise à jour sans trop d'impacts.

Je rencontre un souci lors de la mise à jour de mon site PrestaShop.
La mise à jour échoue avec le message suivant :

La version de PrestaShop ne correspond pas à celle stockée dans la base de données.
La structure de votre base de données n'est peut-être pas à jour et/ou la valeur de PS_VERSION_DB doit être mise à jour dans la table de configuration.

? Questions :

Est-ce que ce problème vient d’un décalage entre le code source et la base de données (champ PS_VERSION_DB non mis à jour) ?

Faut-il modifier manuellement la valeur PS_VERSION_DB dans la table ps_configuration pour la faire correspondre à la version du code ?

Existe-t-il un script ou une procédure officielle PrestaShop pour réaligner la base de données sur la version du core ?

Si certains ont déjà rencontré ce problème, je suis preneur de vos retours d’expérience ou de la bonne méthode pour corriger ce blocage.

Sur la 9.0, lors d'une mise à jour du module "Distribution Client API" le rectangle vert de confirmation s'affiche bien en haut à droite de l'écran.

C'est donc sensé avoir été mis à jour. Mais lorsque je recharge la page "modules", la mise à jour de "Distribution Client API" est à nouveau proposée comme si rien n'avait changé. ...je pensais à une erreur de ma part et j'ai réessayé plusieurs fois ...toujours le même résultat.

Impossible de les mettre à jour, la procédure de mise à jour s'effectue mais les 3 mises à jour sont toujours proposés et les modules ne sont pas actualisés, comme si de rien n'était.

Salut les pros ! Je m'arrache les cheveux sur une question qui me taraude : j'ai installé 2 V8 de prestashop sur mon serveur pour travailler dessus en preproduction.

De mémoire, j'ai installé ces 2 versions d'une manière différente mais je ne me souviens plus lesquelles (à mon avis, un download du ZIP + FTP d'un côté, et un appel wget pour l'autre)
Quoi qu'il en soit, je me retrouve avec 2 apparences du back office complètement différentes, que vous pouvez voir en PJ : on est sur du PS 8.2.1 pour les 2 mais rien à voir côté look.

Une est exactement la même que la V7 que je connais, l'autre est vraiment nouvelle.

Mais d'où viennent ces différences, et comment passer de l'une à l'autre si on préfère l'une ou l'autre, sur une future nouvelle installation ?

Je possède une boutique sous prestashop 1.7 et je me prépare à la basculer en prestashop 8. Je me prépare pour un environnement sous php 8.3.1

Je souhaite développer en local dans un premier temps cette nouvelle boutique.

J'ai installer Mamp, télécharger prestahsop 8. Après plusieurs correctifs trouvés sur internet pour le fonctionnement de Mamp, l'installation se passe bien jusqu'à "installation de la boutique" "installation du thème".

A partir de ce moment j'ai systématiquement une erreur 500 :" 1: HTTP 500 - error - {"success":true,"message":""} "

j'ai effectué une mise à jour sur un site de test 1.7.6 vers 8.2.1 sans réel problème à par la traduction du B.O. mais qui a été résolu grace aux solutions trouvé sur le forum.

Ma petite question concerne surtout le module "PrestaShop Checkout built with PayPal" . A la base je suis parti d'une copie de la boutique en prod pour en faire un site de test à l'identique. A part son adresse web.

En testant le fonctionnement une fois la mise a jour faite en 8.2.1 , je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais pu ce mode de paiement de proposé. En effet celui-ci n’était pu activé . Je l'active donc et là je vois qu'il faut que je reconnecte la boutique au compte Prestashop et c'est la que ce se complique. Pas moyen de me connecté .

Suite à votre expérience, vous aussi avez rencontré ce problème ? Le module est déconnecté à chaque mise à jour ? Lorsqu'il y a une boutique de connectée au compte( celle qui est en prod pour le cas), une deuxième ne peut pas y être connectée ? Le site est capricieux, il faut ré-essayé plus tard ?

[Résolu] Problème de paramétrage du site de test

Prévoyant de faire évoluer la boutique qui est en 1.7, j'ai sauvegardé le repertoire et la base de données pour l'importer dans un nouveau répertoire pour pouvoir faire les tests de mise à jour sans altérer la boutique en prod.

j'ai mis en place tout ca après avoir modifié les valeurs se trouvant dans le fichier parameters.php pour que le site de test se connecte à la nouvelle base.

En allant sur la boutique qui doit me servir de test, j'ai une redirection systématique vers la boutique en prod. Comme ca fait longtemps que je n'ai pas eu le besoin d'intervenir sur celle-ci, j'ai comme qui dirait, oublié ou intervenir pour régler ce problème.

Il me semble si ma mémoire est bonne qu'il y a un fichier ou se trouve l'adresse de la boutique mais, je ne sais plus ou chercher ?

Pouvez-vous me rafraîchir la mémoire ? ?

Hello que j'utilise la version de prestashop ou celle de presta.zip, à la fin de l'installation, j'ai une erreur http 500.

avec le message en dessous :

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Et donc je ne sais pas quoi faire. J'ai activé le mode debug, mais je ne sais pas où lire le rapport d'erreur.

Problème UPDATE ASSISTANT 7.0.0

Sur mon site en prod 8.2.1 , j'ai mis à jour Update Assistant V7.0.0, tout est ok, mais sur mon site de TEST celui-ci ne fonctionne pas, impossible de lancer le module (voir photo). J'ai désinstallé le module , puis réinstallé la version 6.3.0 , puis désinstallé , puis installé à zéro la V7.0.0. idem
Le premier printscreen site en TEST , autoupgrade.js semble ne pas être détecté (pourtant présent sur le serveur) , le second printscreen , UP7.0.0 fonctionne sur le site en Prod.

Quelqu'un a t il rencontré ce problème ou a t-il la solution ? J'ai vu que la verision 7.0.1 étant en développement , peut être la solution.

Après la mise à jour vers Prestashop 8. Tout a semblé bien fonctionner, sauf que le back office n’a pas été mis à jour. Les menus sont passés en anglais. Et j’ai eu le message d’erreur :

Je ne vois pas comment refaire la mise à jour, puisque dans one click upgrade, le site est considéré comme à jour.

Bonjour, j'avais une installation de Prestashop domiciliée chez InfoManiak depuis 4 ans qui fonctionnait très bien.

J'ai fait une mise à jour chez Infomaniak vers MariaDB 10.6

Cela fonctionnait après.

J'ai fait une mise à jour de Prestashop (via 1click Upgrade)

A l'issue de la mise à jour, le module MarketPlace ne fonctionnait pas

J'ai vidé le cache manuellement, et activer le mode debug.

Cela affichait une page blanche

Oui j'ai réactivé le module Market place et là impossible de se connecter à l'admin.

J'ai restaurer une sauvegarde via infomaniak a date d'hier et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas

Quand j'essaye de me connecter à l'admin j'ai

Erreur accès Backoffice suite mise à jour 1.7.8.11 vers 8.2.1 avec module "Update Assistant 7.0.0"

Bonjour,

Après avoir copié mon site (en version 1.7.8.11) j'ai effectué une mise à jour vers la version 8.2.1 avec le module "Update Assistant" (ex "1-Click Upgrade").

Tout semble s'être bien déroulé, et le site fonctionne (affichage des pages ok).

Par contre je n'ai plus accès au Backoffice j'ai une erreur "Attempted to call an undefined method named "jsonEncode" of class "Tools" (voir PJ).

Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider svp ?

Bonjour a tous.
j'ai une boutique sur PrestaShop 1.7.8.10. Je souhaite migrer mon presta vers du 8.1 ou 8.2

j'ai fait une mise a jours de tous mes modules et thèmes et vérifié la compatibilité. tout est ok.

Sauf que click upgrade, après click sur "Vérifier si une nouvelle version est disponible", ne me propose que la version1.7.8.11.
je me suis dis que peut être il allait procéder version par version jusqu'a atteindre la version 8. et j'ai donc accepté.

Mais la je suis a la version 1.7.8.11 (et sa marche), mais click upgrade ne me propose pas d'autre upgrade. dois-je telecharger les autres version manuellement et les passer en local a travers le mode expert?

Avez-vous déjà eu ce type de dysfonctionnement sur les rubriques
- Tout est écrit en code dans le descriptif ainsi que les catégories
-impossible d'aller sur la gauche de la page
-sur toutes les pages des fiches produits tous s'affiche alors qu'auparavant seul la fenêtre concernée apparaissait
J'ai mis les captures d'écran en pièce jointe

Une restauration de mon hébergeur a été effectué mais rien y fait. Et bien évidement ils me proposent les services payant d'un Web Master. J'ai même pensé que la MAJ de Google m'a mis cette pagaille.

Si quelqu'un a la solution, je suis preneuse.

(RESOLU) Installation 8.2.0 plante à "install modules"

Bonjour, je suis en train d'installer une v8.2.0 sur un hébergement web chez OVH (non dédié).

J'ai fait tourner phppsinfo.php et tout est vert sauf la version de php qui est jaune (7.2.34) donc pas de soucis sur la config serveur.

Le seul log que j'arrive à récupérer n'est pas utile:

En réessayant et en installant aucun modules c'est l'étape d'après "post installation" qui plante avec le même message.

Je suis obligé de garder cette version de php car la boutique tourne déjà avec une v1.7. Mon but etant de faire une installation propre + migration car tous les essais de màj ont échoué. Que faire pour débugger ?

Installation via docker / derriere un proxy traefik

J'essai depuis quelques jours de lancer une install de ps via docker, en local pour le moment avant de déployer sur mon vps.

mes autres services sont tous fonctionnels et sont exposés via traefik.

J'ai bien réussi à lancer l'app PS en direct, via un docker-compose.yml fourni par la doc, et le "mien" qui est globalement la même chose, j'arrive bien à m'y connecter en local via une url "0.0.0.0:8001" par exemple.

Par contre, des que je passe par traefik, ça coince... NS_ERROR_REDIRECT_LOOP. / erreur de chargement de la page

Est ce que c'est possible de passer PS derriere traefik ? qu'est ce que j'ai raté ^^ ?

J'avais acheté des modules et un thème.

Je voudrais remettre le site en ligne.

Je voudrais savoir s'il est conseillé de passer le site dans la dernière version de Prestashop :
dans ce cas je serais obligé de racheter des modules et un thème

ou bien

s'il est toujours possible d'utiliser mon site avec Prestashop 1.6.1.11

Est-ce qu'il n'y aurait pas des problèmes de sécurité avec l'ancienne version de Prestashop?

Bonjour à toutes et tous, voici plus de 20 ans que je n'utilise plus Prestashop, je me trouve en retraite, j'aimerais y revenir pour pouvoir vendre tous mes acquis, en Occase pour certains et Neufs pour d'autres.

Il est bien entendu que j'ai oublié toutes les fonctions, qui ont évoluées depuis, avant de demander une installation totale, de l’application sur un domaine Internet, au S.A.V. Je souhaiterais me replonger dans l'utilisation de Prestashop, afin de gérer, personnellement la mise à jour des produits et des prix.

Pour ce faire j'aimerais l'installé sur mon PC "Windows 11", pouvez-vous m'aider à cela, durant un à deux mois?

J'ai commencé à faire cela, sauf que lors de l'installation, quelles erreurs sont apparues, certaines, que j'ai réussi, à corriger mais d'autres m’empêchent de finaliser.

Et notamment celles-ci (copie écrans joint), mon cerveau de près de 80 balais, a une très grosse lacune, il ne comprend que le Français, et les messages d'erreurs sont par définition en Anglais (zut alors).

Une Âme charitable, pourrait-elle faire un pas vers moi?

Le titre cocasse résume cette situation kafkaïenne.
Je suis sur un Prestashop 1.6.1.17 je souhaite passer en 1.6.1.24; je suis prêt pour le clic final de migration via le module 1-click Upgrade, toutes les croix sont au vert sauf la version du module 1-click Upgrade qui ne semble pas être à jour alors qu'il est en version v4.14.2.
Il y a un lien permettant de mettre à jour, mais cela ne fonctionne pas (car il y a un soucis bien connu avec la connexion au compte de Addon Prestashop), il y a également un lien "téléchargement" quand je clique dessus, j'arrive sur la page de Prestashop Addon où l'on me demande ma version de Prestashop, en réponse on me propose la version que j'ai déjà ...
Bref je tourne en rond, car je ne peux pas commencer mon test de migration.
Comme je ne trouve aucune littérature sur le sujet, je me permet de solliciter la communauté, en vous remerciant par avance !

Bonjour à tous aujourd'hui je viens de faire la mise à jour. J'en avais marre de voir toujours les messages 11 mise à jour disponible.

En faisant la mise à jour. Je crois que c'était le module back office.
C'était marqué 8.2.1 vers 0.0.0 .
J'ai donc fait la mise à jour je trouvais ça bizarre le 00.

Cela m'a redirigé vers la page d'accueil du site. (Front office).

Maintenant depuis que j'essaie de rentrer sur l'URL administrateur.
Je suis automatiquement redirigé vers la page d'accueil du site en (front office).
Je n'ai plus accès à la page de connexion pour rentrer mes identifiants administrateur.
Comment faire merci.

J'ai hésité à faire la mise à jour pour justement ne pas avoir de problème. Prestashop vraiment des nuls heureusement que je n'ai pas lancé encore ma boutique sinon cela serait une perte de chiffre d'affaire.

Merci de me donner la manip à faire. J'ai pas encore trouvé sur internet. Je n'ai pas trouvé sur la base de données ma SQL. D'après mes recherches le dossier et bien renommé.

Quand je vais sur le cpanel de l'hébergeur o2switch, en cherchant un peu partout il n'y a rien de changé l'URL administrateur est la même. Je ne suis pas sûr, mais je crois que le dossier concerner n'a pas été déplacé. Comme je ne sais pas où c'était avant. Quand j'ai installé prestashop j'avais utilisé le softaculous.

C'est très urgent merci, aujourd'hui je voulais travailler sur la boutique.
Je précise j'utilise le thème par défaut. En thème enfant.
Je dois m'immatriculer bientôt.

Je suis sur MAMP.

Je ne veux pas que ma boutique en ligne pointe vers localhost car je ne veux pas couper le site.

J'ai réussi à mettre ma base de données sur PHP my admin en local mais lorsque je tape l'URL de mon site en local, ça me renvoie vers le site en ligne.

Comment peut-on faire sachant que j'ai déjà changé l'adresse et le SSL ainsi que le chemin réel pour y accéder dans PS_shop URL.

j'essaie désespérement d'installer Prestashop 8.2.0 en localhost sur Wamp.
Wamp est réglé en Php 8.1.31 , MySQL en 5.7.44, Apache en 2.4.62.1.
J'ai essayé différents réglages mais rien n'y fait....
Lors du processus d'installation j'ai un message d'errreur 'HTTP 0 - error - undefined'.
Comment sortir de cette impasse ?

Quand je ressaie l'installation, j'ai plutôt le message (même en mettant le mode DEV dans defines.inc.php) :

M'étant pencher sur le problème plus tôt, voici les informations que je peux fournir :

Je suis chez OVH avec une seule base de donnée partagé avec quelque site Wordpress (il reste + de 400mo dans la BDD et j'utilise bien des suffixe différents à chacun des projets)
Version de PHP : 8.1 (j'étais en 8.3 j'ai baissé pour être sûr d'être compatible)
Version MYSQL : v.8.0
Les permission de fichier sont bien configurés (code 755)

Si quelqu'un aurait des pistes pour pallier à ce problème je suis à votre écoute.

BO inaccessible suite à mise à jour

j'ai mis à jour le site avec click upgrade

passé de php7.1 vers PHP7.4 pour installer la version 1.7.8.11 depuis la version précédente 1.7.8.10

Tout s'est bien passé sauf l'accès au BO. Lorsque nous rentrons nos identifiants, nous nous retrouvons sur cette page

Si nous supprimons : index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=xxxxxxxxx nous arrivons bien sur le Back Office.

J'ai bien cherché, trouvé pas mal de topics avec ce soucis mais pas de solution à la finale, même demandé de l'aide à Chat GPT, rien n'y fait, il m'envoie sur des pistes qui ont eu pour effet de planter le site.

J'ai créé un nouvel employé pour voir c'est pareil. Vidé tous les caches du site, du navigateur, idem. Changé de navigateur, en mode incognito, etc.

J'ai l'impression que c'est cette histoire de token ou d'admin controler mais je ne suis pas sure.

Avez-vous une idée de ce que je peux faire pour récupérer un accès normal au BO ? J'aimerais ne pas devoir tout recommencer étant donné que tout le reste fonctionne parfaitement.

J’ai fait une sauvegarde de la base de données chez OVH, j’ai téléchargé le fichier (.gz) sur le lien envoyé par email.

En suite j’ai créé une base chez un autre hébergeur et j’importé le fichier (.gz)

La base c’est bien installé.

Dans la base chez OVH il y a deux préfixes, un mod422_ et autre PS_

Par contre lorsque j’installe la sauvegarde d’OVH sur l’autre hébergeur, seulement le préfixe mod422_ qui est importé

Je suis en train d'installer un Presta v8.2.0 communautaire (EDIT : j'ai le même problème avec la 8.1.7).

J'ai bien passé l'hébergement en php8.1 (EDIT2 : j'ai le même problème avec 8.0) avec tous les prérequis et même du rab :

Je réalise actuellement manuellement une migration de Prestahop 1.6 vers 8

La question se pose sur les mots passe clients. J’ai cru comprendre que le système de codage est passé de MD5 à bcrypt.

Faut il ré-encoder la totalité des mots de passe clients au moment de la migration ? … ou bien PrestaShop 8 se chargera t-il de ré-encoder unitairement lors de chaque nouvelle connection d’un client ?

Il s'agit d'une nouvelle installation avec une base de données vierge en MySQL 8.0 .

Je précise ne pas maitriser le code, je m'aide généralement des différents forums pour parvenir à solutionner les problèmes rencontrés mais là je ne trouve aucune solution claire pour moi pour palier à ce problème.

Je souhaite migrer ma boutique de la version 1.6.1.19 vers le version 8.

Après avoir beaucoup lu je pense utiliser ce module pour faciliter la migration

I try to upgrade my prestashop from 1.7.6.8 to 1.7.8.11.
I have installed 1-Click Upgrade module.

I have completed all preparation steps (maintenance mode, cache purge,, etc.).

I adjust some settings (with or not backup files et database with the same issue).
I launch installation, it's start and execute during some minutes, but never finish (~20000 files remaining).

After, this failed installation, I come back to 1-Click Module and the pre-steps adds a new line about PS_VERSION_DB not set to the correct version. There is a guide to upgrade manually DB but this actions failed too (the shop is already in the last version (1.7.8.11 ?!!.), Please restore your DB.

After this, backoffice is on 1.7.8.11 and I don't have the right menu.
My shop stay work fine, but the backoffice is in strange state.

Files seems to be in 1.7.8.11 but PS_VERSION_DB stay to 1.7.6.8.

Somebody already have this issue and how can I solve it ?

Bonjour à tous. J'ai besoin d'un conseil.

Mon prestataire de maintenance/hébergement m'a fait un devis pour 3 j de prestations pour migrer mon site de 1.7.8.5 en 8.1. D'après ce que j'ai lu ici et sur les commentaires des modules de migration payants ou pas, tout le monde a l'air de s'en sortir tout seul.

je lui ai demandé de m'expliquer pourquoi je ne passerai pas par un module de migration. Voici ses arguments : Rien ne vous en empêche.
Une partie du travail est fait par un module de migration, sans quoi le prix du devis serait au triple ou quadruple (au moins) il y a 250 tables dans la BDD de Prestashop, faire les correspondances anciennes nouvelles, vérifier les interactions entre les tables qui on changés ou pas est un travail colossale d'où la nécessité de faire une partie du travail par un module.
il ne s'agit pas de mettre un module cliquer et tout est fait. Il ne s'agit pas d'une mise à jour mais d'une migration.

je ne suis pas en multi boutique, ni multi langue, donc pas compliqué à mon avis. Par contre je ne maitrise pas du tout les sauvegardes, l'hébergement, la BDD, le serveur... tout ceci est géré par mon prestataire, jusqu'ici en tout cas.

Je ne suis pas très technique, et ça me stresse de planter mon site, mais pas beaucoup de €€ non plus !

Qu'en pensez-vous ? Quels sont les points à risque ? Est-ce qu'une débutante peut s'en sortir ??

J'obtiens -- Installation successful! -- comme prévu mais impossible d'ouvrir Prestashop, il y a une redirection vers http://localhost/dashboard/ (c'est un serveur local, pour tester).

Ma commande: sudo /opt/lampp/bin/php ./PS/install/index_cli.php --domain=localhost --language=fr --db_server="127.0.0.1" --db_name="NOMDB" --prefix="MONPREFIXE_" --name="ZESHOP" --firstname="XXX" --lastname="ZZZ" --email="contact@zeshop.com" --password="MPVERIFIE" --db_user=root db_password=""

Et ça ne me renvoie aucune insulte.

J'ai vérifié le .htaccess, rien d'évident; viré le dossier install...

Erreur avec 1-click upgrade

Bonjour à tous.

Je voudrais expérimenter le passage de PS8.1.3 à PS8.1.5 avec 1click upgrade. La version est la dernière, à savoir la 5.0.1

Mais avant de le faire avec le site en production, je voudrais l'expérimenter en préproduction.

j'ai monté une préprod avec Ubuntu server, tinyCP comme panel, et un reverse proxy pour l'url, en docker, NGINX proxy manager, sur une autre bécane.

La préprod est pleinement exploitable, sur le front tout du moins, mais sur le back j'ai un souci, que je ne rencontre pas sur la version en prod du back office de la boutique.

Quand je me lance dans l'upgrade en cliquant sur 1click, j'ai le code erreur suivant (en mode débug)

Unknown error à la ligne 393 du fichier /root/modules/autoupgrade/classes/UpgradeSelfCheck.php
[8192] version_compare(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($version2) of type string is deprecated

Et la comparaison entre la version PS et la nouvelle ne se fait pas.

Je comprends pas où se situe le souci, en tout cas c'est a priori lié à la conf de mon "VPS" auto hébergé, vu que l'anomalie n'est pas rencontrée sur le site en prod.

- soit un environnement PHP8.1 / Apache inadéquat (une extension manquante?)

- soit un souci avec le reverse proxy (un paramètre à régler, un socket....).

Nota: j'utilisais avant le reverse proxy de Synology, je n'arrivais pas à entrer dans la page 1click j'arrivais à une erreur 404. En passant sur NGINX reverse proxy j'ai un peu avancé.

Je suis en manque d'inspiration...

Après avoir fait les mises à jour de mes modules (dont le dashboard activity) , au niveau du front office j'ai la ligne "visiteurs en ligne" qui a disparu (bon ok c'est pas bien grave vu que ce compteur est "cheaté" ).

Est-ce PS qui a supprimé ce compteur avec cette mise à jour ou un bug chez moi?

Et comment le remettre en place si il s'agit d'un bug chez moi svp ?

J'ai suivi les étapes suivantes:

- mise à jour des modules de prestashop

- mise à jour de prestashop de la version 8.1.2 à 8.1.7

- php-ps-info-1.2/phppsinfo.php m'indique que j'ai tout bon au niveau php.

- Quand j'essaie de passer de la version php7.4 à la version php8.1 (version recommandé), j'ai l'erreur:

=> *ERROR* v8.1.7 2024/08/05 - 11:34:41: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'xxx_magasin.ps_xxx_layered_category' doesn't exist at line 151 in file classes/db/DbPDO.php

Le site est en vrac avec php8.1 ou quelque soit la version de php en 8.

Apparement cela fait appel à une table qui n'existe pas....

Une idée, une suggestion????

Voila plusieurs jours que j'essaye d'installer Prestashop version 8.1.7 sur mon VPS, tout fonctionne parfaitement bien jusqu’à l'installation des modules, avec le fichier d'installation de Prestashop. A ce moment il s’arrête et me sort une erreur avec Ps_Accounts. 1: PrestaShop accounts (ps_accounts) module is not installed, please install it.

Pour info :

j'utilise Cyberpanel pour administrer le Serveur

je Tourne sous php 8.1

Apache 2.4

Je me suis décidée à utiliser Prestashop plutôt que WordPress, pour faire ma boutique en ligne. Donc, je passe par Wamp et j'installe en local pour me familiariser avec la Bete...lol

Après une mise à jour automatique via le module click upgrade de la version 1.7.4.4 en 1.7.8.11 il est impossible de se connecté au FO et BO :

J'ai bien vidé le contenu du dossier /var/cache, j'ai vérifié et passé ma version PHP de 7.1 en 7.4 et tenté de réinverser, j'ai vérifié mon fichier parametre qui contient bien toujours mon prefixe, j'ai même essayé de le changer, et mettre à jour les prefixe des tables via phpmyadmin pour remettre ps_. A chaque action de ma part j'ai vidé le dossier cache.

J'ai même essayé de supprimé le contenu du dossier vendor et renvoyé le dossier via une autre boutique déjà en place en 1.7.8.11 fonctionnelle. J'ai bien entendu vérifié les droits user et group après copie des fichiers.

D'après mes recherches sur internet, avec très peu de résultats, les seuls solutions ont été soit de revenir à la version antérieur avec une restauration des fichiers et de la base de données, soit de supprimer la base de données et de réimporter table par table les données, ce qui me semble assez fastidieux et non garantie.

Problème avec PrestaShop Account

Bonjour,

Ma boutique est liée à un compte prestashop qui n'existe plus. Je n'arrive pas à délier ma boutique, ni à changer d'email pour lier ma boutique ... et le Support ne m'aide pas spécialement voir me cause plus de problème en me créant des comptes …

Auriez vous une solution s'il vous plait ?

Problème accès site après install : Unzipping error...

Je viens de faire l'installation d'un nouveau prestashop (dernière version 8.1.6), l'installation s'est bien passé, aucun problème d'accès à la base de donnée, j'ai bien mis une version php 8.1, en ssl, j'accède bien au BackOffice cependant lorsque j'essai d'accéder au site j'ai le message suivant :

Unzipping error - Unable to find the release zip file. Make sure that the prestashop.zip file has been uploaded and is located in the same directory as this dezipper.

(j'ai bien supprimer le dossier install, on dirait qu'il essai de réinstaller la version à partir du zip, j'ai fait l'install en copiant les fichiers décompressés sur le ftp et lancé l'installation avec /install)

Bonjour la communautés

Je dois migrer mon site web de PrestaShop 1.7.5 vers la version 1.7.8 pour pouvoir utiliser PHP 7.4. Cette mise à jour est nécessaire pour intégrer un partage de stock avec d'autres sites via des connecteurs et notre ERP.

Cependant, je ne peux pas mettre le site en maintenance trop longtemps, car cela risquerait de faire perdre trop de commandes.

Le principal problème est que de nombreuses modifications ont été apportées au site sans utiliser de thème enfant, ce qui nécessitera un travail supplémentaire après la migration vers la version 1.7.8. Une fois que nous aurons terminé ces ajustements et que le site sera "prêt", comment réintégrer la base de données actuelle de production (qui tourne sous PrestaShop 1.7.5 et PHP 7.2) sans tout casser ?

Auriez-vous une méthodologie de travail ou des idées à me proposer pour gérer cette migration ?

Problème avec mise à jour de 1.7.8.11 à 8.1

Après avoir installé la dernière version du module de Knowband, j’ai fait une mise à jour qui a été un succès avec 1-click de prestashop. Mais j’ai encore un site hors d’usage. J’ai réussi à mettre la boutique en mode deboggue pour trouver le problème mais je n’ai pas la solution. De plus, je ne suis plus capable de faire une restauration du site avec CPanel car ce logiciel ne fonctionne pas. J'ai placé un appel de service avec le fournisseur et je suis toujours sans nouvelle d’eux depuis jeudi minuit et sans boutique actif. Je n’ai plus d’accès à l’arrière-magasin. Pouvez-vous me donner une piste pour une solution avec cette capture d’écran. Merci milles fois de votre expertise.
